i have stayed here multiple times, and it is always great. the breakfast is superb (especially their full english). the menu offers a broad choice. there's a specials board. they also have a well-stocked bar, always a plus!
the stairs up to the room were a little narrow. the carpet also looked a bit old.

I stayed in a double room. The staff were SO friendly. They gave a warm welcome. The breakfast was very good and had a delicious taste. The area felt great too.
The stairs to my room were narrow and dirty. The carpet in the long corridor was filthy. The toilet seat did not fit properly.

i had a great night's sleep as it was very quiet, and i appreciated the lovely shortbread biscuit. the evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. the staff was friendly, and the parking was good (a real plus).
the shortbread biscuits were loose in a jar, not individually wrapped.

The staff members were very friendly. I got a comfy bed with great pillows. The evening meal and breakfast were both amazing!!!
It was difficult to unlock my room door. The floor was tilted in odd directions. The bathroom door had no lock.

The location was convenient for bus travel to the city center. The bus stop was right outside. The parking area was near the entrance. I ate breakfast. It tasted very good.
I noticed the carpet in the stairway was dirty. I also noted the stairs was narrow. The heating did not worked well. It was mentioned there was no heating in that part of the hotel.
